Trip Protection Available
We offer Trip Protection at the time of booking. Purchasing trip protection gives you maximum flexibility to cancel closer to your departure time. Without trip protection, our standard 7-day cancellation window applies to all charter types.
Private Charter Cancellation Policy
- With Trip Protection: Cancel any time up to 12 hours before your trip for a full refund.
- Without Trip Protection: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your trip for a full refund.
Shared Charter Cancellation Policy
- With Trip Protection: Cancel any time up to 2 hours before your trip for a full refund.
- Without Trip Protection: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your trip for a full refund.
No Show Policy
A "no show" without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your fare. We understand that unexpected situations arise, but hangovers, oversleeping, walking off at departure time, or any other reasons not mentioned are ineligible for a refund.
Cancellations by Us
If we ever have to cancel the trip for any reason, such as adverse weather or mechanical issues, you will receive a FULL REFUND. Your satisfaction is our priority. We will do our best to reschedule you on another vessel or a different day/time.
